Welcome!

It is kitten season, which means that we are taking in orphan kittens that need to be bottle fed. We can only take in emergency situations at this time so feel free to contact us for help.

We are also accepting owner surrenders on a case-by-case basis. If you have a dog that needs a new home, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Have you adopted from us and would like your cat or dog to be a part of the "Success Stories" section? Feel free to submit a brief paragraph about your experience and how life has changed (hopefully for the better!) since you brought your new addition to the family home . Three to four good quality pictures are highly recommended as well! Please know that whatever you choose to share will be publicly viewed!

Kat's Dog Rescue is dedicated to saving homeless strays from local neighborhoods, dogs from high kill shelters that are in danger of being euthanized for space, and animals from people who can no longer care for their pets.

Our rescue has successfully saved, rehabilitated, and placed over 300 animals since 2011.

We continue to make a difference and be the voice for these helpless creatures, who count on us for help!
